Moroni 10:7
And ye may know that he is, by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore I would exhort you that ye deny not the power of God; for he worketh by power, according to the faith of the children of men, the same today and tomorrow, and forever.

"He" in this scripture is Christ. It tells us that we can know that he is. It also tells us that he has power to do things, but that he does so according to our faith. In addition, it says that he does his works the same today, tomorrow and forever. That is, that he does not cease to do miracles, according to our faith.
